Pineapple Mule
Who doesn't love a refreshing Moscow Mule? When making cocktails, I love putting my own twist on the classics. For this recipe, I made a standard Moscow Mule and added a splash of pineapple for a fun tropical spin. There are a bunch of delicious ginger beers available, but it is also very simple to make! If you are having a party and want to make a large batch of cocktail, this is a perfect recipe to double or triple! (and it is super cheap!) If you like your ginger beer to have a bit of bubbles, top your cocktails off with a splash of soda water.
