We recently took a little trip down to Murfreesboro, Arkansas with Baxter's family and had a blast! We rented this adorable cabin that was in the middle of nowhere. No wi-fi, no cell service, no nothing. I know, the horror!! Somehow we survived ;-) All joking aside, it was just what I needed. One of my goals this year is to allow myself to be more than 5 feet away from my phone or computer for a little bit everyday. What did we do before we had cell phones and internet?! Luckily, the area we were staying had so many things for us to do and the weather was just warm enough to stay outside the whole time! Baxter brought his kayaks, four-wheeler, fishing poles, and pretty much anything and everything he could fit on the trailer we brought down. There is never a dull moment with that boy!

My favorite part of the trip was the day we spent at the Crater of Diamonds State Park. It is one of the world's largest diamond-bearing volcanic craters...in a tiny town in Arkansas, who knew? And the best part of it all, if you find a diamond, you get to keep it! I think it was the most I have ever dug in dirt. Sadly, we didn't find any diamonds, but we found a bunch of other cool rocks! Would definitely recommend stopping by if you are in the area, especially if you have kids with you!

Thank you for everyones' sweet messages about Rosie's surgery last week! She is doing wonderful and back to her normal, crazy self! She had two cysts removed and her vet said they were nothing to worry about :-) I think I was more upset about it all than she was! I don't know what I am going to do when I have human children haha
