    Sundays are one of my favorite days of the week. I love preparing for a new week, cleaning and getting the house in order, doing laundry (yes, I am weird and LOVE doing laundry), and spending the day with Baxter and Rosie. I am a creature of habit and have my Sunday routine on lock. We usually wake up and treat ourselves to an extra yummy breakfast, I hit up a morning spin class, then we get to work!     It is finally feeling like fall here in Oklahoma and I could not be happier! One of my favorite things about cooler weather is having the excuse to make soup all the time. I LOVE soup. One of my go-to recipes is this roasted butternut squash soup. I started making it years ago and it is one of our favorites! The best part, super easy and cheap!
